Congratulations on investing in Spot to create a more inclusive workplace culture. With Spot’s comprehensive platform, you get training and reporting in one tool.

To help you get the most out of your investment, this guide walks you through the steps to launch Spot across your organization. 

As you are planning ahead, it is important to know that the option to start a report is presented as part of the training episodes.  Therefore, we recommend setting up Reporting first, and then Training.  You have the option to launch Reporting as a standalone feature, prior to launching Training, or concurrently with Training.
