Following your communication plan, announce Spot to your organization. You may choose to launch on one date, or schedule different dates and times for groups to account for variables such as location and/or time zone differences. Plan to reach the broadest number of people possible.
After launch, it is important to schedule ongoing communications to remind people how to access Spot and/or when training will be launched.
Once your organization is aware of Spot and has been informed of upcoming training, launch training to selected recipients. As new hires join, supervisor status changes or you need to retrain for compliance, you can launch training easily and at any time.
