Spot reporting is ready to launch out of the box. When you purchase, the Spot team will provision your unique instance of Spot, setup your primary administrator, and send the details for logging in. Depending on the features included in your plan, you would also:

Training
Spot’s sexual harassment prevention training combines inclusive scenarios, insightful survey questions, and anonymous reporting. Training is divided into digestible 10-minute modules that are timed for compliance. Train new hires and recently promoted managers easily and at any time. Spot will remind recipients to complete training.
Each training episode contains survey questions. Get anonymous feedback on the health of your workplace culture.
The option to start a report is presented as part of the training episodes. Therefore, we recommend setting up Reporting first, and then Training. You have the option to launch Reporting as a standalone feature, prior to launching Training, or concurrently with Training.
