Access to Spot is limited to designated administrators in order to protect sensitive information in reports. However, your organization may need to share training progress with other stakeholders as evidence of compliance with legal regulations. Training progress can also be imported into systems such as an LMS or HRIS to keep track of progress and compliance.
The Trainees list may now be exported to a CSV file, which includes fields for email, training episodes completed, training episodes required, and supervisor status (yes/no).
Click the Export button in the top right of the screen and follow the steps to open or save the CSV file to your preferred location.
